Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with active RN license.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
• Experience in nursing, public health, or clinical research.
• Strong research and internet search skills.
• Excellent listening and written communication.
• Call center or remote support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to complex clinical inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide subject-matter expertise for evidence-based responses.
• Research health information using approved databases and resources.
• Document inquiries and responses in official systems.
