Carenet Health in the United States is seeking a registered nurse to work from home in a fast-paced telehealth role. You will support patients through phone, video, and chat, applying clinical skills to deliver high-quality triage and care.

This bilingual RN position requires a multi-state license, 3+ years of direct patient care (ICU/ER/telemetry preferred) and a compassionate, evidence-based approach to care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years RN direct patient care required; high acuity experience preferred.
• Multi-state RN license (compact) required in listed states.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsabilités

• Make clinical decisions on routine patient care matters within license level.
• Provide patient-focused care via phone or online, assess needs, guide to appropriate care.
• Communicate with clients and team members via verbal and digital channels.
• Monitor performance with dashboard metrics and seek improvements.
• Document all patient interactions in management software.
