Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brand clients and dealer networks in German and English.
• Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries within your assigned portfolio.
• Provide inbound and outbound support to German- and English-speaking dealer/consumer networks.
• Troubleshoot network issues and escalate site issues with clear documentation.
• Assist dealers in optimizing co-op marketing budgets and ensure compliance with program rules.
• Review German-language marketing materials for brand compliance.
• Train dealers and agencies to navigate online portals and new hire onboarding.
