U-Haul is seeking a Bilingual French-English Roadside Assistance Team Member for a part-time, remote role based in the United States. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers and service providers, and follow protocols to ensure safety and quality during the move.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and French.
• Ability to express sympathy, empathy and compassion.
• Critical thinker with adaptability.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to type while talking (40 WPM or higher is a plus).
• Ability to navigate and use multiple computer programs at once.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and initiate outbound calls to customers, roadside providers, and personnel.
• Follow established methods and procedures to ensure safety and quality.
• Provide solutions in real time to help customers return to their move.
