Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team and help customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and setup. You will use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to dispatch and return equipment, assist with hitching and wiring, and participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.

The role emphasizes friendly, helpful service, with opportunities to advance within a supportive team environment; bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and check fluids.
• Explain products and services to customers and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
