illumifin Corporation is seeking a Bi-Lingual Customer Care Professional to support insurance assessments. The role handles telephonic and onsite interactions with insurers, applicants and claimants, coordinating interviews and data collection with a high level of confidentiality.

Formación

• Must be able to speak French (Canadian Dialect).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; is familiar with business and phone protocols.
• Excellent organization and detail orientation skills with the ability to meet established deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Windows environment, including MS Word.
• Is reliable, trustworthy, and maintains appropriate organizational confidentiality.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing call center environment.

Responsabilidades

• Fields incoming calls from insurance company personnel, applicants, claimants, and case managers; provides telephonic and onsite interview status information.
• Schedules appointments for telephonic interviews and coordinates interview logistics.
• Coordinates requests for reprints of interviews and transfers applicants to complete telephonic interviews.
• Handles calls from nurses and agencies to assign, update status and collect information on underwriting and claims assessments.
• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive financial, personal and health-history information.
