My Secure Advantage is seeking a Customer Support Specialist, bilingual in English and Spanish, to join our Financial Coaching team. This 100% remote role serves members via phone, email, and other channels, providing a welcoming, accurate, and efficient experience.

As a Financial Success Coordinator, you will handle high-volume inquiries, schedule coaching appointments, document member interactions, and coordinate with coaches to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• 2 years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound member calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Respond to member emails, messages, and service requests.
• Welcome new members and explain available services for financial coaching.
• Ask questions and listen to understand member needs and goals.
• Coordinate with financial coaches and internal teams for handoffs.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage coaching appointments.
• Maintain accurate and complete member records and notes.
• Protect member privacy and follow company policies.
