My Secure Advantage is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to serve as a Financial Success Coordinator, helping members access coaching and resources through phone, email, and other channels.

This 100% remote role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong data-entry, and the ability to guide members to the right coaches and services, ensuring a welcoming, professional experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service, member services, call center, scheduling, or related role.
• Strong data-entry and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM, scheduling, or contact center software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for members via inbound/outbound calls, email, and other channels.
• Guide members to available services and connect them with the appropriate financial coach or resource.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage coaching appointments per established processes.
• Respond to member emails, messages, and service requests throughout the day.
• Introduce new members to services and set expectations for the coaching experience.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with coaches and internal teams for continuity of service.
• Protect member privacy and follow company policies.
• Meet contact center performance expectations for availability, productivity, and quality.
