My Secure Advantage is seeking a Financial Success Coordinator to serve as a friendly, high-volume contact center touchpoint for members seeking financial coaching. The role is fully remote within eligible U.S.

states, requiring strong bilingual English/Spanish communication, scheduling, and documentation skills. You will connect members with the right coach or resource, schedule appointments, and provide ongoing support while upholding privacy and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in a remote, high-volume contact center environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound member calls in a professional, friendly manner.
• Respond to member emails and messages throughout the workday.
• Welcome new members and explain available services within financial coaching.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage coaching appointments per process standards.
• Maintain accurate member records and documentation.
• Coordinate with coaches and internal teams for seamless handoffs.
• Protect member privacy and follow company policies.
