Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, member services, call center, scheduling, or related role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound and outbound member calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to member emails, messages, and service requests.
• Welcome new members and explain available services and expectations.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage coaching appointments per processes and standards.
• Maintain accurate member records and documentation.
