My Secure Advantage is seeking a Financial Success Coordinator who speaks English and Spanish to serve members remotely from anywhere in the U.S. You will handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, emails, and scheduling, guiding members to the right financial coaches and resources while maintaining accurate records.

In this fast-paced role, you will build rapport, ensure confidentiality, and meet service standards in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center.
• Ability to work remotely with strong self-discipline.
• Excellent data-entry and documentation skills.
• Experience with CRM, scheduling tools, or related software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound member calls in a professional manner.
• Respond to member emails, messages, and service requests.
• Welcome new members, explain services, and set expectations for coaching.
• Ask questions and actively listen to identify member needs and goals.
• Coordinate with coaches and resources to connect members to the right support.
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage coaching appointments per processes and standards.
• Maintain accurate member records, notes, and appointment information.
• Protect privacy and confidentiality in all member interactions.
• Meet contact center performance expectations for availability, productivity, and quality.
