Salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 per year, with bonus potential.

Must hold an NM RN license and be fluent in Spanish and English. The position includes benefits such as health and dental insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Mexico (NM).
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Required!).
• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• 1+ year of RN experience (Required).
• Case management experience (preferred).
• Willingness to travel locally (about 50%).

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for injured workers—your support truly matters.
• Coordinate care with doctors, therapists, and adjusters like a pro.
• Visit hospitals, attend appointments, and follow up on treatment plans.
• Set up home health, medical equipment, or home modifications.
• Stay organized with timely documentation and communication.
• Travel locally while keeping your base at home.
