Job summary

Sprita iT is expanding its U.S. market presence and seeks a bilingual Business Development Partner with technology sales experience and a strong professional network.

This is an independent contractor, commission-based opportunity with no base salary in the initial stage. You will earn a direct percentage of the revenue generated from opportunities you help develop and close, with a potential monthly retainer after your first sale as the pipeline grows.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Experience in IT, cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS, or tech consulting sales.
• Existing relationships with technology or security decision-makers.
• Ability to identify and develop opportunities through your network.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, contractor role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through your professional network.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, Compliance leaders, and other decision-makers.
• Lead initial commercial conversations with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with our technical team during presales and solution discussions.
• Help expand Sprita iT's presence in the U.S., Hispanic U.S., and Latin American markets.
• Introduce organizations to our cybersecurity, application security, DevSecOps, and compliance services.
