Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to join the Solutions Center as a bilingual brand ambassador. You will educate customers on products, deliver exceptional service, and support sales and retention goals in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment preferred.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer experiences through a natural conversation style.
Educate on all IGS products and services to drive sales and retention.
Navigate systems to provide accurate and timely resolution to customer inquiries.
Meet and exceed performance metrics, customer satisfaction, sales goals and service levels.
Provide follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution.
Conduct proactive consultative analysis to identify upsell opportunities.
Demonstrate understanding of current marketing programs and communicate clearly to aid customer decisions.
Achieve all customer experience and sales standards by following department goals and procedures.
