Job summary

IGS Energy is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to act as a brand champion in the Solutions Center. You will educate customers on sustainability initiatives, products, and services while delivering outstanding experiences and supporting sales and retention efforts.

You will handle service setup, payments, and payment plans, ensuring secure handling of sensitive information. A Monday–Friday 11:00am–8:00pm schedule with rotating Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adhere to a schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build rapport with customers.
• Educate customers on IGS sustainability initiatives and products.
• Assist customers with setup of new service and payment arrangements.
• Provide timely follow-up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
