Job summary

Maximus is hiring for Bilingual Russian Customer Service Representatives to join the NYS OH team. This remote role requires residency within 100 miles of New York, NY.

You will handle inbound calls, process health care applications, and provide translation support to non-English callers, while maintaining confidentiality and performance standards. Qualifications

• Fluency in required languages for bilingual support.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from consumers and enrollees in accordance with policies.
• Process healthcare coverage applications by phone and transfer to correct entities as needed.
• Provide translation support for non-English callers.
• Meet QA and performance metrics and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Assist with materials requests via mail, email, or download.
