Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Admin for our State East, Appeals team. This remote role requires fluency in English and Spanish to answer voicemails and return calls from Spanish-speaking appellants and assist with initial case intake.

Responsibilities include handling calls, documenting information in MAS/Word/Excel, and supporting team members with case file maintenance while adhering to procedures and scripts.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• 2–4 years of experience; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work 7:00am–5:00pm EST Monday–Friday.
• Experience in customer service and phone support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls that are routine in nature.
• Update databases such as Word, Excel, MAS.
• Assist with medical case file creation and data entry.
• Maintain and organize case files and documents.
