Wing Assistant is recruiting a French-English Customer Service Representative to work remotely on a full-time basis. The role focuses on bilingual client communication, empathetic problem-solving, and proactive booking and maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities include handling emails, calls, and live chat in both languages, maintaining records, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• At least 1 year of proven Customer Service experience in B2C or B2B.
• Excellent English and French communication, both written and verbal (B2 level).
• Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities.
• Tech savvy and familiar with current tech (desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, VoIP).
• Experience with word processing and spreadsheets (MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Google Calendar).
• Proactive, confident, with keen attention to detail.
• Able to work in EST.

Responsabilités

• Respond to client emails and portal requests in French and English.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for both French and English-speaking customers.
• Assist customers with their needs and provide empathetic support.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records for seamless information flow.
• Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally with clear bilingual communication.
• Build trusted relationships through proactive, friendly, solution-oriented interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in every engagement and go the extra mile.
• Document all interactions and case updates per internal procedures and data privacy rules.
• Handle after-hours guest inquiries via live chat, SMS, email, and phone.
• Coordinate maintenance/housekeeping for emergencies and follow up.
• Process payments, verify guest details, and manage check-in workflows.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
