Midco in the United States is hiring a bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (Spanish/English) to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced call center. This full-time, work-from-home position includes equipment provided, and requires living within North Dakota.

You will handle internet, billing, cable, and phone inquiries with empathy. On the job, you will build relationships, resolve concerns, and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient typing and computer skills.
• Experience in service, support, or people-focused roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to stay patient, empathetic, and proactive under pressure.
• Able to follow through to ensure positive outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to provide solutions for product, service and billing inquiries.
• Handle a continuous volume of inbound and outbound calls with accuracy and empathy.
• Build rapport and resolve questions, addressing concerns effectively.
• Identify products and solutions based on customer needs.
• Troubleshoot issues using multiple tools and systems.
• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain knowledge of Midco products and services.
• Participate in training to broaden skills and support demand.
• Adhere to privacy guidelines and company policies.
