Midco is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional support from a remote home-based setting. This full-time role requires living in South Dakota and offers 40 hours per week with shifts including evenings and weekends.

You will handle inquiries across internet, billing, cable and phone services, using multiple systems to resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a service, support, or people-focused role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
