Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish and English to support customers from home.

This position is remote anywhere in Texas with training Monday to Friday 9AM–4:30PM EST for three weeks; shifts run between 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM.

You will need a laptop, camera, wired headset, and reliable internet to handle calls, emails, and translations while meeting quality standards.

Role: Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Pay: $15/hour

Location: Remote (Anywhere in Texas)

Training Schedule: M-F 9AM - 4:30PM EST (3 Weeks)

Shift Hours: M-F any 8 hour shift Between 7:30am - 7:30pm

Must have a laptop or desktop with a camera, wired headset and a hardwired internet connection.

What You'll Do:

• Meet quality and performance standards.
• Fulfill requests for materials (mail, email, download).
• Transfer or elevate calls as needed.
• Arrange translation services for non-English callers.
• Stay updated through meetings and training.
