Job summary

Valatam is seeking a Junior Customer Service Representative to provide bilingual English and Spanish support to clients and their customers. This 100% remote, full-time role is ideal for candidates in Latin America, serving as the first contact for routine inquiries and learning client processes to deliver top-tier service.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, updating records in CRM systems, and escalating complex issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in administration or virtual assistance.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quiet home office with reliable internet.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries, including account updates and troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Follow up on client requests and track pending communication.
• Update customer profiles in the CRM and internal database.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the customer service team.
