American Consumer Credit Counseling (ACCC) is hiring a Bilingual Credit Counselor for a 100% remote, full-time position on our West Coast Evening Shift. The role includes paid training, opportunities for bonuses, and comprehensive employee benefits.

You will guide clients through financial options, document information, and ensure compliance while working from a quiet, dedicated home office. This position requires strong communication and listening skills, comfort discussing sensitive finances

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfortable discussing sensitive financial matters by phone.
• Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills.
• Must obtain NFCC Credit Counselor Certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and build trust with consumers seeking financial guidance.
• Review income, expenses, debts, and budgets and recommend solutions.
• Provide financial education and assist qualified clients with enrollment.
• Process applications and accurately enter client information.
• Follow up with prospective clients and verify information for accuracy and compliance.
• Follow ACCC procedures and training standards.
