Job summary

GreenPath Financial Wellness seeks a Financial Wellness Expert to provide compassionate, phone-based financial counseling to clients nationwide. This fully remote role supports individuals facing debt, credit, and housing challenges, with training toward HUD and NFCC certifications.

The schedule is primarily evening ET shifts with biweekly Saturday rotation; candidates must maintain a private home workspace and reliable internet. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English preferred but not required.
• Experience delivering empathetic, non-judgmental financial counseling over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Deliver phone-based financial counseling to clients nationwide.
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and conduct outbound service-related calls.
• Gather, review, and analyze client financial information including credit reports.
• Develop and present individualized action plans and educational resources.
• Provide housing-related counseling services (pre-purchase, foreclosure prevention, rental counseling, post-loan modification coaching, reverse mortgage counseling).
• Maintain accurate records and confidentiality of client information.
• Complete required training and maintain applicable certifications.
