Job summary

Americor is seeking a motivated Debt Consultant to be the first contact for customers pursuing financial solutions. Your sales experience will help guide clients toward viable debt settlement options and getting back on track.

You will handle inbound calls and proactive outreach, maintain accurate CRM records, and work to meet or exceed monthly targets. Bilingual in English/Spanish, with call-center sales experience, is required; evenings/weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year enrolling customers into debt settlement programs.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
• 2+ years of sales experience in a call center.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and results-driven attitude.
• Minimum 2 years using a CRM to manage interactions and documentation.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and email communications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask across phone, email, and chat.
• Ability to build rapport and guide informed financial decisions.
• Available to work evenings and/or weekends; high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess finances and determine if debt settlement is viable.
• Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to leads.
• Educate clients on the debt settlement process, risks, and benefits.
• Outline debt settlement terms, monthly payments, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to laws and company policies related to debt settlement.
• Stay updated on changes in the debt settlement industry.
