Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Work From Home Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA to assist TurboTax customers with tax preparation and expert guidance. The role requires an active CPA/EA/Attorney credential, 2+ years of federal/state 1040 prep experience for many clients, and strong communication skills.

You will work remotely, delivering accurate tax advice and completing returns with care. Ideal candidates hold PTIN, state licenses, and knowledge of Circular 230.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns for at least 30 clients per season.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Must possess an active PTIN.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software.
• Strong customer service skills with professional, friendly communication.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation and signature, and product/software inquiries.
• Calculate taxes and explain tax terms in everyday language.
• Create high quality customer interactions that instill confidence using deep tax knowledge.
• Document customer interactions and meet KPI metrics and goals.
• Participate in pilot testing and experience validations as needed.
