Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Work From Home Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA to help TurboTax customers with tax returns, using state-of-the-art video tools.

The role requires active credentials (CPA/EA/Attorney), 2+ years of 1040 prep for US clients, and strong communication skills. You must reside in the United States and have a hardwired internet connection.

You will deliver tax advice, full-service preparation, and explanations of tax terms while upholding Intuit security standards.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted credential: CPA/EA/Attorney with tax prep experience.
• 2+ years preparing federal and state 1040s for 30+ clients per season using tax software.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, permits, or bonds.
• Must possess an active PTIN.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Proficient with technology and software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a dedicated hardwired internet connection meeting security criteria.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interact with TurboTax customers via video and audio tools.
• Provide tax advice and full service return preparation and signature.
• Answer product/software inquiries and tax calculations.
• Create high quality customer interactions with empathy and expertise in tax preparation.
• Document customer interactions and meet KPI metrics.
