Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you hold an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney), we want to connect with you. This remote-friendly role involves helping customers file 1040s using TurboTax, delivering tax support, and ensuring accurate documentation from home or a local office.

You will engage clients via video and audio tools with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction during the tax season.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact via video/audio tools professionally.

Responsibilities

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice and full service return preparation and calculations.
• Manage product and software inquiries and deliver accurate answers.
• Use government resources and professional materials to support customers in plain language.
• Document interactions to maintain accurate records in a virtual setting.
