Qualifications

• Active unrestricted credential: CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney.
• 2+ years of federal/state individual 1040 tax returns experience for at least 30 clients per season using commercial tax software.
• Must reside in the United States and have a hardwired internet connection meeting security criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice, full service return preparation and signature for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with product/software inquiries and tax calculations.
• Create high quality customer interactions using empathy and deep tax knowledge.
• Document customer interactions and meet KPI metrics.
• Interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional manner.
