Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Work From Home Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA to assist TurboTax customers with expert tax guidance and full-service preparation. You will work remotely using video tools to interact with clients and explain tax terms clearly, while delivering high-quality service and meeting KPI targets.

Applicants must hold an active unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Attorney), have tax prep experience for many returns, maintain required licenses, and reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must possess active unrestricted credential: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 returns for at least 30 clients per season using commercial tax software.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Must possess an active PTIN.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Proficient with technology and software.
• Strong customer service skills with professional, friendly communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, research skills, and determination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have a dedicated hardwired internet connection meeting security criteria.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interact with TurboTax customers via video tools to provide tax advice and full-service return preparation.
• Explain tax terms clearly and guide customers through the preparation process.
• Document customer interactions and adhere to company KPIs and goals.
• Utilize government and professional resources to deliver accurate answers.
