Job summary

BMO Financial Group is hiring for a fully remote role in the Commercial Sales & Service area. You will advise customers on corporate card strategies, fulfill sales and service activities, and refer to other groups as needed.

The position supports both French and English speaking clients and offers training from home. The role emphasizes staying current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product knowledge, with opportunities to train junior associates and handle complex

Qualifications

• Typically between 2–3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of BMO credit card products.
• Knowledge of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings.
• Verbal & written communication skills - Good.
• Organization skills - Good.
• Collaboration & team skills - Good.
• Analytical and problem solving skills - Good.

Responsibilities

• Advises customers on corporate card strategies and products that meet their objectives.
• Fulfils sales and service activities for the customer in accordance with approved procedures.
• Identifies and makes referrals to other business groups as needed.
• Stays abreast of consumer needs, industry trends and best practices, and the regulatory environment.
• May provide training and coaching to junior associates as needed.
• Handles customer inquiries in an informed, professional, and efficient manner.
• Probes to understand customer needs and provide advice related to personal banking and credit card strategies.
• Maintains current knowledge of personal banking and credit card industries, practices, and trends.
• Integrates marketing promotions and programs into customer conversations where appropriate.
