Qualifications

• Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones and online tools.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers to identify needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Advises on banking channels, digital options, and lending products.
• Generates appointments and builds new community relationships.
• Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and lending policies.
