Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver credit and lending-related sales and service to customers and prospects via remote channels. You will advise on borrowing strategies and products, refer to other groups when needed, and handle a range of customer interactions with compliance to policy.

The role supports a flexible schedule with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–8:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM–8:00 PM window, and requires fluency in English and Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into credit and lending solutions.
• Knowledge of personal lending and home financing products.
• Familiarity with call center processes and performance metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with credit and lending needs and advises on borrowing strategies.
• Fulfills sales and service activities according to approved procedures.
• References other bank groups when appropriate to meet customer objectives.
• Maintains knowledge of products, practices and trends to inform conversations.
• Ensures documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
