Job summary

Aroha Technologies, Inc. in Alameda, CA is seeking an experienced Copilot Lead/Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise-scale Microsoft Copilot solutions.

The role will lead architecture, deployment, and integration of Copilot Studio with core enterprise applications while upholding security and governance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Copilot, Studio, MCP integration, REST APIs, OAuth, and the Power Platform, and can drive multi‑agent orchestration and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12–15 years of overall IT experience.
• 2–3 years hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• 2+ years experience with MCP integration, governance, observability, and enterprise deployment.
• Experience with conversational AI features including intents, entities, adaptive cards, agent flows, and multi‑agent orchestration.
• 3+ years experience creating standard and custom connectors.
• Experience integrating Copilot with enterprise applications, preferably Veeva and Workday.
• 5+ years experience with REST APIs, OAuth, authentication, and integration patterns.
• 3+ years experience with Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and enterprise security controls.
• Python experience is a plus.
