Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect (DCSA) in Redmond, WA with a remote option. You will serve as a trusted advisor, designing, deploying, and operationalizing AI solutions while driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related tools.

You will lead technical engagements across identity, security, governance, and data access, coordinating with partners to accelerate time-to-value and connect Copilot usage to measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7–9 years in cloud/infrastructure, IT consulting, systems administration, or architecture.
• 2+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with stakeholder management.
• 2+ years with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms, hands-on Copilot deployment.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft security/compliance (Entra, Purview, DSPM for AI) and SharePoint.
• Experience building and governing AI agents with Copilot Studio; strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical advisor for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agents.
• Drive customer adoption of Copilot products; measure via Premium Regular Usage.
• Lead unblocking engagements across identity, security, governance, and data access.
• Advise on AI readiness, data security, oversharing controls, and responsible AI.
• Coordinate with partners and internal resources to accelerate deployment.
• Engage decision-makers to tie Copilot usage to business outcomes.
• Share usage insights to influence product and strategy improvements.
