Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking a Senior Copilot Solutions Architect / AI Enablement Lead to drive enterprise AI adoption across a large Microsoft 365 environment. You will architect, implement, and optimize Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-powered business solutions with a focus on governance, security, and scalable deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise tech roles with Microsoft 365 and AI
• Hands-on experience implementing Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Experience designing Copilot agents and AI-powered business solutions
• Experience with enterprise Generative AI technologies and AI-enabled automation
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI adoption strategies
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into Microsoft 365 environments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Purview, and Viva
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell scripting
• Understanding of governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Microsoft Copilot & Copilot Studio implementation and support
• Develop and customize Copilot agents for business-specific use cases
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve operational efficiency
• Drive adoption of Copilot across functions and departments
• Optimize Copilot experiences based on user feedback and analytics
• Design and deliver enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft AI technologies
• Implement AI-powered workflows and automation capabilities
• Support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI-enabled improvements
• Establish automation governance, standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with business teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications
• Build automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio
• Integrate Copilot capabilities within Microsoft 365 environments
• Ensure seamless user adoption and governance compliance
• Develop reusable automation and integration frameworks
• Drive user adoption and change management initiatives
• Develop user guides and adoption materials
• Track usage metrics for value realization
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders
