Job summary

Procom is seeking remote, independent contractor support for its Managed Contact Centre projects in Canada. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, deliver timely, accurate service, and identify process improvements. Fluency in English and French is highly valued; work from anywhere in Canada with flexible evenings.

Previous contact centre experience is preferred; background checks apply and onboarding includes identity verification.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English and French.
• Experience in customer service or contact centre.

• Flexible schedules including evenings until 8:00pm EST.
