Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer support in a call center or similar environment.
• Minimum of 2 years working from home
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with computers including Google Workspace, Google Chrome, and CRM software
• Strong typing and data entry skills

Responsibilities

• Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls for small business insurance inquiries.
• Follow scripts and use product knowledge to address questions.
• Build positive relationships and ensure inquiries, cancellations, and confirmations are handled.
• Meet daily service, productivity, and quality targets.
• Five-day work week (full-time); Saturday may be required.
