The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of customer service or related experience and is fully fluent in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include client outreach, information provision, and confidential documentation in electronic systems.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of customer service, social services, healthcare support, community outreach, care coordination, or related experience is required.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing, is required.
• Strong computer and electronic documentation skills; experience using CRM, case management, or related business systems preferred.
