You will engage with individuals in English and Mandarin, document interactions in electronic systems, and help access healthcare and social services while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in customer service, social services, or healthcare support.
• Languages: fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Tech: proficient with CRM or case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Client Outreach: Manage inbound and outbound communications with responsive support.
• Client Support: Understand needs, answer questions, provide assistance.
• Resource Support: Inform about healthcare, social services, and community resources.
• Service Coordination: Coordinate information, communication, and follow-up.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate client records in electronic systems.
