Access: Supports for Living in New Rochelle, NY is seeking a Customer Service Specialist - Bilingual to be the first contact for clients at a busy community counseling center.

The role requires one year of clerical or customer service experience, proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook, and fluency in English and Spanish. The position is full-time, on-site, with standard clinic hours and competitive pay.

Formación

• At least 1 year in clerical, administrative, front desk, or customer service.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Some college or training; tuition assistance plan offered.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist clients with professionalism and care.
• Register new clients for services.
• Verify insurance information and collect co-pays.
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments.
• Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls, and take messages.
• Process emails, mail, and faxes.
• Scan, copy, file, and maintain electronic health records.
• Provide administrative support and assist with other duties as needed.
