United Signers, a remote-first company serving clients in the United States, is seeking bilingual intake specialists to support our growing operations. You will follow up with individuals who have already contacted our partner law firms after an accident, build trust, answer questions, and guide them through signing the retainer agreement by phone and e-signature.

This role requires fluency in English and Spanish and may involve outbound calls to US law firms.

Competenze

• Proven phone sales or closing experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Stable internet and quiet workspace with US Pacific hours.

Mansioni

• Call people who have already contacted our partner law firms after an accident.
• Build trust, answer questions patiently, and guide them step by step through signing the retainer agreement by phone and e-signature.
• Speak with clients in English and Spanish and make some outbound calls to US law firms.
