Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence using video conferencing platforms and digital tools.

• Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful but not required.
• Bilingual English-Spanish or English-Vietnamese communication skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom
• Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options
• Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally
• Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
• Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills
