Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization while handling multiple active cases.
• Manage email correspondence, scheduling, and admin tasks.
• Ensure case information is confidential and compliant with standards.
• Identify delays or issues and communicate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support case management.
• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Prepare and organize case files for completeness and accessibility.
• Monitor case progress through litigation or closure and provide updates.
• Maintain case records in company systems and databases.
• Coordinate with insurers regarding claims and updates.
• Request, collect, and maintain medical records and documentation.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups to obtain information.
