You’ll handle calls, emails, onboarding, renewals, and ongoing success, translate communications, collaborate with Billing, Resolutions, and Customer Success, and participate in local business outreach.

• Support Accredited Businesses throughout their BBB journey as main Spanish-speaking contact.
• Answer questions, navigate resources, and drive renewals and onboarding.
• Translate and interpret communications for Spanish-speaking businesses.
• Collaborate with Billing, Resolutions, and Customer Success teams.
• Build relationships through calls, emails, and outreach.
