Job summary

Better Business Bureau Great West + Pacific in Anchorage, AK is seeking an Account Management Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish. You will manage Accredited Businesses, guide them through BBB programs, and serve as the primary Spanish-speaking contact across departments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
• Experience in customer service or account management helpful

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Accredited Businesses via calls, emails, and outreach in English and Spanish
• Support onboarding, engagement, renewals, and ongoing success for accounts
• Translate and interpret communications for Spanish-speaking businesses
• Collaborate with Billing, Resolutions, and Customer Success for bilingual needs
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and account updates
