GE Vernova is seeking a qualified Commercial & Contracts Lead (ITO) to support bid activities across the Americas Pole. Location options include Houston, Schenectady, Atlanta, or remote.

The role acts as the commercial guardian of the ITO lifecycle, overseeing risk assessment, bid strategy, and alignment with margin targets. Collaboration across sales, engineering, finance, and legal is essential.

Qualificações

• Deep knowledge of site execution and the operational challenges faced by field teams.
• Strong understanding of EPC and Owner challenges to overall project execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk mitigation in high-stakes environments.

Responsabilidades

• Bid Lifecycle Oversight: Participate in all stages of the RFP process, from initial receipt to final bid submission.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and document commercial and operational risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Contractual Integrity: Review and redline terms to align with GE Vernova's DOA, policies, and C&C approach.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge between sales, engineering, finance, and legal to unify bid approaches in the Americas Pole.
• Strategic Input: Provide commercial insights during pre-bid to influence deal structure, pricing models, and scope.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure bids adhere to internal DOA and approval processes.
