Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Masters in Marketing preferred.
• Experience in bid management or procurement is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of proposals.
• Review bid documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, finance, legal, operations) to gather and consolidate information required for bids.
• Contribute to bid strategies and assist in preparing pricing proposals aligned with business objectives.
• Track, monitor, and report bid progress, outcomes, and lessons learned to support transparency and improvements.
• Ensure adherence to all legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements throughout the bid process.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline bid management practices.
