Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is looking for an entry-level Business Intelligence Specialist to join our analytics team in Columbus, OH. You will support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to inform operational and strategic decisions across the organization.

You will collaborate with teammates to gather requirements, validate data, and deliver insights using Qlik, SQL, and other BI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
Foundational knowledge of data analysis and BI concepts is expected.
Experience with analytics or BI projects through studies or internships is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Qlik, ensuring they meet user needs.
Provide data analysis and visualization to answer urgent business questions using SQL, Python, and other tools.
Gather and translate reporting requirements into dashboards and data visualizations.
Analyze data to identify insights, anomalies, and trends for business areas.
Support KPI development and metrics with defined business requirements.
Validate data and testing to ensure accuracy and integrity of dashboards and data.
