Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is hiring a Business Intelligence Specialist to support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that drive operational and strategic decision-making. The role requires foundational BI knowledge with proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and experience with BI tools like Qlik, Tableau, SAS, or Power BI.

You will collaborate with teams to translate business needs into actionable analytics and contribute to data governance and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience in analytics, data modeling, BI, or related field preferred.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Power BI or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Qlik and other tools.
• Provide data analysis and visualization to support urgent business questions and client requests.
• Assist gathering and translating reporting needs into reports, dashboards, and data visuals.
• Analyze data to identify insights, anomalies, and trends for impacted business areas.
• Support development and maintenance of reporting metrics and KPIs based on business requirements.
• Perform data validation and testing to ensure accuracy and integrity of dashboards and data.
